Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Standard shipping is available for all orders.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping options are available with delivery within 2-3 business days. Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Same Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 2 PM. Same day delivery charges apply and will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum purchase amount as displayed on our website. Shipping charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping times vary by destination and typically take 7-14 business days. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it following the guidelines below.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 5 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return window begins from the date you receive your order, not from the date of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Some items such as intimate apparel, personalized items, and sale items may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video recorded during package delivery. The unboxing video must show the complete opening of the package and the condition of items received. We will review the video and provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. All returns must include the return authorization number to be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery back to our facility.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2-3 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In cases of defective items, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
