Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following specific circumstances:

Important Requirements
Mandatory Unboxing Video: A complete unboxing video is required for all return requests. The video must be recorded continuously from the moment you receive the package until you have fully opened it and examined the contents. This video serves as proof of the condition and contents of your delivery.
Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the date of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period.
What We Do NOT Accept Returns For
We do not provide refunds or accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or preference
- Size issues or fit concerns
- Color differences from what was expected
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without proper unboxing video documentation
- Personal dissatisfaction with the product when the item matches the description
- Items returned after the 5-day return window
Unboxing Video Requirements
To ensure your return request can be processed, your unboxing video must include:
Video Quality: The video should be clear and well-lit, showing all details of the package and items.
Continuous Recording: The video must be recorded in one continuous take without cuts or edits, starting from when you first handle the delivered package.
Package Inspection: Show the exterior condition of the package, including any shipping labels and damage to the packaging.
Complete Unboxing: Record the entire process of opening the package, removing all items, and examining each item thoroughly.
Item Documentation: Clearly show each item received, including any defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Audio Commentary: Provide clear audio commentary describing what you are seeing and any issues identified.
Return Process
Step 1: Record Your Unboxing Video
Record your unboxing video following all the requirements listed above immediately upon receiving your package.
Step 2: Contact Customer Service
If you have received a wrong or defective item, contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue (wrong item or defect details)
- The complete unboxing video
Step 3: Return Authorization
Our team will review your unboxing video and determine if your return request meets our criteria. If approved, we will provide you with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for wrong or defective items only)
Step 4: Ship the Return
Package the item in its original condition and packaging. Include the return authorization number and ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
Refund Processing
Review Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it against your unboxing video within 2-3 business days.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount
For eligible returns (wrong or defective items), you will receive a full refund of the item price plus any shipping charges you paid. We will also cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong item and prefer an exchange for the correct item, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost once we receive the incorrect item back.
For defective items, we will provide a replacement of the same item if available, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Important Notes
No Exceptions: Returns without proper unboxing video documentation will not be processed under any circumstances.
Video Storage: Please keep your unboxing video saved until your return is fully processed and resolved.
One-Time Policy: Each order is subject to this return policy only once. Repeated return requests for the same order will not be entertained.
Final Decision: Our quality control team’s decision regarding the condition of returned items is final.
